Ban Saluang Nok School

The year began with participation in the launch of the School Development Project for PM2.5 Pollution Management at Ban Saluang Nok School in Saluang, Mae Rim, Chiang Mai. This school has embraced its role as a model institution for mitigating PM2.5 pollution.

The event featured the prototype dust-free classroom and workshops introducing innovative tools such as air quality monitors, air purifiers, and methods for creating dust-free rooms.

These innovations will serve as educational tools in model schools, raising awareness about PM2.5. Additional activities included demonstrations of low-emission biomass stoves and biochar production stoves as teaching aids, along with a summary of the importance of integrating these tools into the curriculum.

Our team demonstrated the installation of DIY air purifiers and donated three air purifier sets to the school for use in its kindergarten classrooms.

Special thanks to Dr. Chayanon Sawatdeenarunat from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, who has been our mentor, partner, and friend. His guidance and support have been invaluable on this journey.

ใกล้เข้าสู่ฤดูหมอกควันอีกครั้ง หวังว่าปีนี้ฟ้าจะสดใส อากาศจะดีขึ้นกว่าปีที่ผ่านมา แต่เรายังต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อม เพื่อให้ชุมชนของเราปลอดภัยและแข็งแรงไปด้วยกัน

ปีนี้เริ่มต้นด้วยการร่วมงานเปิดตัว โครงการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่ต้นแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนลดฝุ่น ที่โรงเรียนบ้านสะลวงนอก อ.แม่ริม จ.เชียงใหม่ โรงเรียนนี้จะเป็นต้นแบบในการจัดการปัญหาฝุ่น PM2.5

ในงานมีการแสดงห้องต้นแบบปลอดฝุ่น และเวิร์กช็อปแนะนำเครื่องมือเจ๋ง ๆ อย่างเครื่องวัดคุณภาพอากาศ เครื่องฟอกอากาศ DIY ยังมีสาธิตเตาชีชีวมวลลดมลพิษและเตาผลิตถ่านชีวมวลอีกด้วย

ทีม BTV ได้เป็นวิทยากร สอนประกอบเครื่องฟอกอากาศ DIY และมอบอุปกรณ์ 3 ชุด เพื่อใช้ในห้องเรียนอนุบาล
